Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Ktemia for use of ktemia.com, the dashboard, the APIs, the copilot, and related tools (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The service

Ktemia lets you search and compare flights, stays, cars, and homes for a trip, a move, or a relocation in the UI, through APIs and docs, or by asking the copilot. We also provide MCP servers, skills, instructions, snippets, and connectors so an agent can use the same platform.

Results come from third parties. Prices, availability, and listing details can change. We do not sell the flight, the stay, the car, or the home unless we say so in a separate booking flow. A search is not a reservation.

Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep credentials secret. You are responsible for activity under your account, including API keys and agents you connect. Tell us at contact@ktemia.com if you think the account was misused.

We can suspend or cancel your account, keys, and access at any time if we find the use unethical, abusive, or in breach of these terms. That includes scraping beyond the APIs, reselling access, spam, harm, or any other unacceptable use below. We do not have to give advance notice when we do this.

Plans, payment, and refunds

The Free plan is free with the limits on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices we publish, unless we agree something else in writing (Enterprise). Unused copilot credits and request quotas reset with the billing period. You can change or cancel a paid plan from the dashboard; changes take effect immediately.

We can refund a payment when it is fair to do so. Ask at contact@ktemia.com. If we suspend or cancel you for unethical use or for breaking these terms, we may refuse a refund for that period.

If demand is high, we may change the price of some plans. We will update the pricing page. A change applies to later billing cycles. We will email you if we have an address and the change is material.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the APIs allow.
• Share keys, resell access, or exceed rate limits we set for your plan.
• Use the copilot or APIs to harm people, break the law, or send spam.
• Submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Pretend to be Ktemia or misrepresent results as guaranteed bookings.

APIs, agents, and the copilot

API use must follow the docs and your plan’s limits. If you connect an agent (MCP, skills, instructions, or a snippet), you are responsible for what that agent does with our APIs. The copilot answers from the text you send. If the request is missing origin, dates, a city, or another required field, it will ask. It will not guess.

Our content and yours

The site, mark, docs, and software belong to Ktemia or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own travel, move, or product, as these terms allow. You keep rights in the queries and prompts you submit. You grant us a licence to process them so we can run the service.

Third-party tools

Integrations (for example Slack, Zapier, n8n, or a warehouse) are optional. Their terms apply when you turn them on. We are not responsible for a third-party outage or for how they handle data you send them.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that search results are complete, that a fare or listing is still available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ktemia is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, or for a decision you make from a search or a copilot reply. Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you are on a free plan.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

Changes and termination

We can change the service, these terms, or the price of some plans (including when demand is high). We will update the date on this page, and the pricing page if a price changes. If a change is material and we have your email, we will notify you. Continued use after the change is acceptance. You can stop using the service at any time. We can stop providing it with reasonable notice, or immediately if you break these terms or we find the use unethical.
